Leggy, tall and elegant will be "Karly's" bywords! One of the three from a miracle breeding, these qualities were soon apparent as a youngster. "Karly" was shown lightly in the summer/fall of 2006 before returning home to Bermuda with co-breeder/co-owner Linda Atcheson to mature. She did very well winning several points from the Puppy class and Best in Sweepstakes at the Garden State Norwegian Elkhound Club Specialty Show under breeder Christina Bishop ("Glede").

November 2007 saw "Karly" finishing the requirements for her Bermudian title with 3 GR2's, 2 GR3's and a GR4 out of the six shows of the Bermuda All-Breed club, thanks to the expert handling of Rebecca Clas.  Two weeks later and back in the states, "Karly" was found winning back-to-back majors on the Thanksgiving cluster in Springfield, MA from the Bred By Exhibitor class.

Karly spent some "time out" of the rings through much of 2008 to allow her to mature into her body and we started to show her in earnest in the spring of 2009.  She finished her American Championship on Norwegian Independence Day at the Mattaponi Kennel Club under Mr. Garry Newton ("Solari") with her third major.
