CH. YGGDRASIL KANDLE IN THE WIND (ENGLAND)

English-bred, but certainly not a foreign pedigree to us, "Poppit" has proved a wonderful individual capable of excellent wins in the ring and more importantly, reproducing some sought-after qualities.  She had some super triumphs en route to her American Championship; Winners Bitch and Best of Winners at the Norwegian Elkhound Minuteman Association Specialty under Canadian Cheryl Myers-Egerton ("Conamore"), Winners Bitch at the Garden State Norwegian Elkhound Club Specialty under Patricia Laurans ("Laurwyn") and finishing under the late breeder-judge Bob Caricofe ("Oakwood").  In Canada, she flew through her Championship picking up Winners Bitch at the Canadian National Specialty under English breeder Pam Mead ("Thunor") along the way. In Bermuda, her title came with several group placings and a Hound Group Blue!

Her first breeding to Klearly Proud produced Champions Kommander In Chief, Kristalea and Klapham Junction. Her second and final litter of three via frozen semen to Ch. Greyplume's Gaining Momentum has produced the youngsters Ch. Kover Your Tracks, Ch. Kapture The Wind and Ch. Klear Blue Skye.

Now entering Veteran status, she has retired to Bermuda with co-owner Linda Atcheson content to rule the household.
